I moved over to Perth Australia in 2019 from bonny Scotland. Yoga has always been my go-to destress activity and it got me through a few tough times in my life. In 2018 I decided to step up my practice and start a 200-hour teacher training course which was one of the hardest and most satisfying achievements in my life. One year on I graduated as a 200 hour Hatha Yoga teacher with a certificate in YogaAnatomy.

What makes yoga amazing is that anyone can take part and benefit from yoga. There are no rules and no mistakes just what your body needs. Your teacher is there as a guide but ultimately it is your practice. Research shows that whether you are new to yoga and still learning postures or you are a yoga expert, practising yoga has great benefits.
