Maybe you don't feel ready for a group class or maybe you want a practice that is designed just for your needs and goals. I would love to help.


I can put together an individualised programme of yoga flows to improve flexibility, strength, reduce stress and relieve pain. 


Class location is flexible and can be delivered in either the clients home, my home in Mindarie or we can enjoy a park or beach setting.


I specialise in yoga for stress and anxiety. Helping you learn ways to bring more peace and calm into your daily life. 


Private Lessons can include:

- Personalised asana (movement) practice.

- Pranayama (breath exercises)

- Posture adjustments to achieve correct alignment.

- Mindfulness and meditation.

- Guided relaxation with optional essential oils.

- Tools for coping with stress and relaxation. 


Courses can be put together to suit different budgets and all fitness levels. It's not just a weekly class, I also offer a series of postures and relaxation practises you can work on in your own time, helping you see the benefits and progress more quickly.
