I moved over to Perth Australia in 2019 from bonny Scotland. Yoga has always been my go-to destress activity and it has got me through a few very tough times in my life. Following treatment for breast cancer, I decided it was time to invest in myself and step up my yoga practice. This led to me starting a 200-hour teacher training course which was one of the hardest and most satisfying achievements in my life. One year on I graduated as a 200 hour Hatha Yoga teacher with a certificate in YogaAnatomy. I am now very excited to extend my yoga knowledge as I study yin yoga and acupressure.
I look forward to meeting you in my classes/ events and helping you find time to pause and connect with your body.
Why Yoga?
What makes yoga amazing is that anyone can take part and benefit from yoga. There are no rules and no mistakes just what your body needs. Your teacher is there as a guide but ultimately it is your practice. Research shows that whether you are new to yoga and still learning postures or you are a yoga expert, practising yoga has great benefits.
